Chris loves nature and good food – he loves open fires but this often led to trouble with the law enforcement officers.
The solution? A grill that works anywhere with gas. So he invented the SKOTTI: super compact, lightweight, and lightning-fast to set up. After countless prototypes, tests, and official approval, SKOTTI was ready to go. Named after Chris's faithful dog, it now accompanies outdoor enthusiasts worldwide – from mountain peaks to the city.

Ein Name mit Herz: Warum SKOTTI?
Der Grill war fertig, die Patente gesichert – doch ein Name fehlte noch. Christian saß mit einem Freund zusammen und durchforstete das Netz. Die Wahl fiel schließlich auf einen ganz besonderen Weggefährten: SKOTTI, den ehemaligen Hund vom Bauernhof seiner Kindheit.
Der Name steht für Treue, Zuverlässigkeit und den Drang, immer draußen zu sein. Er passt perfekt zu einem Grill, der dich überallhin begleitet. Aus 'Scotty' wurde 'SKOTTI' mit K und I – und eine neue Marke war geboren, die heute Abenteurer weltweit verbindet."
